William R. Belzer Box Turtle Conservation Trust By-Laws

The VENANGO AREA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation having its principal office and place of business at 213 Seneca Street, Oil City, PA  16301 (herinafter referred to as the “FOUNDATION” ) was established to facilitate the creation of funds to sustain and grow charitable community organizations, programs and projects

William Belzer and the sitting Advisory Committee members for the William Belzer Turtle Conservation Trust, (herinafter referred to as the “TCT” desire to establish a restricted Fund in the FOUNDATION with the following By-Laws:

By-Law #1

The TCT Advisory Committee will be a subcommittee of the FOUNDATION composed of not fewer than five (5) members and not more than nine (9) members each of whom shall have one vote. 
All members of the board are empowered to vote. A simple majority is required for a motion to pass. If there is ever a tied vote, the motion fails.
